Brandt has acquired New Brunswickbased Wallace Equipment Ltd.
Wallace Equipment is the John Deere Construction and Forestry Dealer for Atlantic Canada, which includes New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Effective July 2, Wallace Equipment name changes to Brandt Tractor Ltd., according to a news release.
