Fadco Investments Inc. begun work on developing a multimillion-dollar development in Enfield, reports The Chronicle Herald.
The development will include 26 semi-detached homes, 32 townhouses and two 40-unit apartment buildings. The company is also building a road that will service the development.
Construction of the buildings is expected to get underway in the fall.The entire project will take about three years to complete, with the roadwork finishing up in September.
