The Chronicle Herald reports that Halifax lawyer Geoffrey Machum has joined the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, a group of more than 80 from across the country, as a fellow.
Machum, a partner at the Stewart McKelvey law firm, is one of three elected — and the only one in Atlantic Canada — to become a fellow with the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.
Machum becomes the fifth lawyer from Nova Scotia to be a fellow of the group, joining Arthur Barry and William Ryan from Stewart McKelvey, and George MacDonald and Christopher Robinson from McInnes Cooper.
