The Town of Fortune in Newfoundland & Labrador has received over $211,000 approved by the provincial government through the Gas Tax Program, reports Southern Gazette.
The money will be used to carry out upgrades and paving on a number of streets in the town.
Grand Bank District MHA Darin King said: “These enhancements will certainly improve driving conditions throughout the town, and I am pleased to work with council on these and other important projects that will increase the quality of infrastructure in the area.”
