The Bathurst Regional Airport announced a business plan for a $9.4 million expansion, reports Daily Business Buzz.
The expansion would include: an additional 900 feet added to the runway; the taxiway widened and the apron rehabbed to accommodate Q-400 planes; the fuel farm moved; and the terminal increased from 4951 square feet to 9590.
The expansion is expected to be completed by 2015.
