PCL Construction is building a new Villa St. Joseph in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, reports Daily Business Buzz.
The company continues to work on the first phase of the 70,000-square foot special care home. It will have 79 beds in six neighbourhoods.
The Vanguard reports that five neighbourhoods will each have 13 bedrooms and one will have 14.
Construction, which began in October 2012, is expected to take 24-30 months.
