APM expands $10.3M building construction project in Charlottetown

APM announced that it is expanding its construction project on Lower Queen Street in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, reports Daily Business Buzz.

APM has been working on a major restoration of the former Kays Brothers Building, now the Welsh Owen Building, for the past year.

With the cooperation of the City of Charlottetown and the Heritage Board, APM has started to add an additional 35,000 square feet to the complex, expanding to the corner of Queen and Water Street.

In total, APM is investing $10.3 million dollars towards the entire project and expects numerous retailers and offices to locate there.
